Redefining Total Rewards

Assia DahamnaAonEMEA Human Capital Commercial LeaderAndrew CunninghamAonEMEA Human Capital Chief Client OfficerAxel de BillyDanoneSenior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Corporate Governance
Description
Findings from a recent survey carried out by Aon indicate that employees want total rewards and benefit experiences tailored to their individual needs. Personalisation is no longer a trend; it’s an expectation. However, employers must get the balance right between providing an EVP that aligns with employees’ expectations but supports practical needs across areas such as health/medical coverage, career and skills development and retirement savings. • This session will provide HR leaders with a clear understanding of current employee sentiment, strategic challenges and actionable approaches to align total rewards with business objectives and build growth-ready workforces. • Danone will present the key highlights and objectives of their Five Pillar People Strategy, detailing the approaches undertaken and the outcomes achieved.
