Payroll

Description

Payroll is the compensation a business pays out to its employees for a given fixed period or on a selected date. It is typically managed by HR or accounting departments of a company. Payrolls for smaller operations can be handled directly by the owner of that company. In calculating payroll, employees hours and holidays should be logged and tracked as well as any bonus schemes taken into consideration.
