Michelle (Chelle) Whitfield is the global payroll leader at Meta. She directs the team implementing a platform standardization, process improvement, and employee experience strategy for the payroll organization based in five countries. Chelle joined Meta in 2021 and prior to that held global positions with Honeywell and Electronic Data Systems. She is based in Dublin, Ireland. During her career, Chelle has supported all aspects of global payroll operations, affording her a distinct vision on the future of payroll. She has a unique perspective on how to put your BPO employees in the middle of every decision, and creatively and intelligently deploy technologies to support growth, accuracy, and compliance. She is passionate about personal relationships and development. She prides herself on active management and making a difference in the day-to-day work of her global teams.
