He brings over 12 years of experience in the HR tech industry, having held leadership roles as Marketing Director and Vice President at companies such as Cornerstone and CoachHub. Prior to that, he worked in the tech sector across Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, and France. Geoffroy has a strong ability to navigate the many facets of strategy and to approach challenges with fresh, innovative perspectives, all while demonstrating genuine leadership. He excels at turning ideas into action with both enthusiasm and a sense of humor. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
