After working in various HR positions for Allianz Group from 2010 to 2019, Dominik A. Hahn returned to the Munich-based insurance and financial services provider in 2020. He currently oversees the global employer branding, recruiting, and onboarding strategy for Allianz, which recruits over 20,000 people each year. As the Head of Group Talent Acquisition, he is responsible for global scholarship programs and the People Pillar within the partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Movement. With a background in media and communication sciences, Hahn previously served as Head of People & Culture at KONUX, managing the HR functions for the AI & IIoT scale-up. He is also the founder and organizer of HR Failure Night, a series of events launched in 2016, where HR professionals from across Germany can discuss failed projects, their causes, and the lessons learned in a safe environment.
