Description
Elisabeth is the Founder and Managing Director at Potentialyze and a former Executive at Accenture, PwC and Korn Ferry. She is passionate about helping organizations drive growth, cost savings and innovation by strategically activating the talent, mindset and behaviors that accelerate and create lasting impact. Across 50+ global initiatives, one common theme emerges: unleashing the full potential of people to drive performance.
A humanitarian at heart, Elisabeth founded The Freedom Ride Project, a non-profit that combats human trafficking with a focus on education and community awareness to stop this crime before it starts. She has also helped human trafficking survivors clear their criminal records so they can re-enter the workforce.
Currently, Elisabeth is leading initiatives to help under-represented populations - refugees, asylum seekers, neurodivergent individuals, formerly incarcerated, veterans, people with disabilities - find meaningful careers. She is keen to help employers leverage the unique value of these talent pool and will be leading a Boardroom Session on Untapped Talent Pools.
A global citizen, Elisabeth was born in Switzerland, raised in France, lived and worked in 7 countries and speaks multiple languages. She is thrilled to be back in Paris, her homebase for many years.
