Charlotte is one of McKinsey’s People and Organizational Performance Practice experts. Based out of San Francisco, she leads work on end-to-end talent transformations across sectors, with an emphasis on high tech & advanced industries. Her recent work focuses on helping companies prepare for the implications of GenAI on talent – including the skills and capabilities that will be increasingly important in an AI-enabled future. She also spends her time supporting HR organizations transform to ensure they serve as true stewards of the business strategy (including setting up the business to deliver with AI). Charlotte holds a BA in Global Development & Political Theory from the University of Virginia.
