Description
Andreas started his career in 1998 with General Motors Europe where he held local and European HR Leadership positions in Germany and Spain. In 2013 he moved to Teva Pharmaceuticals in Amsterdam, Netherlands as VP Global HR Operations & Services with responsibilities for 4 HR Services Center in Israel, Europe and the United States. In 2018 he moved to ING in the Netherlands to become the COO for Global HR, responsible for the HR transformation including the deployment of Workday in more than 40 countries and for 65.000 employees. His key theme (and challenge) throughout his career is to merge operational excellence with employee experience, making people services efficient and lean while providing a world class experience for employees.
