People analytics is key in enabling informed, workforce-related decisions in the competitive semiconductor industry. Linda strongly believes in turning data-driven results into clear, actionable insights, helping decision-makers use them responsibly. A robust self-service people analytics model is crucial to support this goal. Linda holds master’s degrees in Econometrics, Actuarial Science, and Teaching.
