David Sperl is the Divisional Head of HR for Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS), a major business unit of GE HealthCare with $5 billion in global revenue and over 5,000 colleagues across the globe. In this role, he leads the strategic HR agenda for the full P&L organization, encompassing Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial and Service functions, reporting directly to the Segment CEO.
With over 25 years of experience in global HR business partnering, large-scale change management, and intercultural leadership, David has established himself as a senior HR executive who delivers results within complex, matrixed organizations. He is recognized as an HR technology thought leader, combining strategic vision with operational excellence.
