Katharine has a love for solving problems and nurturing individuals to reach their full potential. She’s currently the Vice President, Talent and People Brand for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Marriott International.
Prior to this she held the roles of Vice President, Global Talent, Culture Amp which is a Global Employee Experience Technology Organisation and then Senior Director, Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific, and China at LinkedIn. In both these roles she drove global expansion, with a specific focus on sourcing and developing talent across multiple stages of their career from Youth to Executive and for locations including, North America, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and China. She believes that everyone has the right to live their dream and deserves the opportunity and support to make it happen!
