Sam Fletcher joined PayPal to establish the Talent Intelligence function, analysing trends in the global business, economy, and employment marketplace. His experience includes leading location strategy and skills-related projects and previously advised clients in the technology and financial services sectors on executive search and consulting engagements such as location strategy and organisational design. Sam is interested in the power of technology and data to transform the world of work and has been a keynote speaker on blockchain, AI, and data in HR. Sam is also the Co-Chair of the Executive Research Association committee.
