Isabelle Esser is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, spanning B2B and global corporations. Since March 2022, she has served as Chief Research & Innovation, Quality, and Food Safety Officer at Danone, and in October 2024, she also took on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Her previous roles include CHRO at Barry Callebaut and over 25 years in R&D leadership at Unilever. Isabelle holds a Civil Engineering degree in Materials Science from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
