Tracy M. Notte is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience driving strategic people initiatives across industries including retail, healthcare, technology, and automotive. She has a strong track record of leading cultural transformation, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Tracy currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for GNC, a global leader in health and wellness. Prior to joining GNC, she was CHRO at Unite Here Health, a nonprofit Taft-Hartley Trust Fund serving hospitality industry workers. She previously held the role of Chief People Officer at Shift, a SPAC-public automotive technology startup, and also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for REEF Parking, the largest parking operator in North America.
Earlier in her career, Tracy held senior HR leadership roles at nationally recognized companies including Advance Auto Parts, PetSmart, and Michaels Arts and Crafts, where she led people operations for large, distributed teams.
She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University School of Law.
