Description
Ross Elmsly is a Head of Solution Advisor at beqom, where he works with global organizations across retail, technology, financial services, and other industries. He has more than five years experience working with the reward and compensation requirements of large enterprises, from HR analytics to optimisation of reward programs and operations to personalisation of reward. Prior to beqom, Ross worked at SAP in Singapore and the UK. He holds a Masters of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland.
